Joel Osteen States Homosexuality is a Sin!

Recently Joel Osteen appeared as a guest of Piers Morgan on Morgan’s program Piers Morgan Tonight. Morgan asked Osteen how he viewed homosexuality……below is how he answered.

I’m glad he stood up but more importantly I’m glad he included other sins as well. The bible is crystal clear that homosexuality isn’t the only thing that will keep us out of God’s Kingdom. Those sins are; Continue reading

The Role of The Christian Apologist

The last 10 days or so have been interesting, haven’t they? It’s amazing to me the lengths some of these so called and self appointed “discernment ministries” will go to when they have an agenda. Recently two misguided souls and one unaccountable “ministry” has decided to accuse me of “endorsing” Kenneth Copeland with a statement I made about Copeland, Joyce Meyer, Joel Osteen and Paula White. The statement?

I stated these folks are true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. Continue reading

Wells Without Water! New Theology Today Video!

Well, I finally got off my butt and made a video. I hope you all enjoy it! I’d also like to invite you to visit the new Theology Today blog. I’ll still be keeping this site up but this will most likely be the last new posting for this site.

Super Christians by Boyd Miller

One of the things you must accept if you are going to thrive in the modern church is that not everything in the good book (Bible) agrees with the way the modern church operates. En-order to adapt the church to current marketing trends and to increase commerce, certain liberties have been taken concerning leadership responsibilities and the equality of the brotherhood. Much like George Orwell’s book “Animal Farm”, where all animals are equal, except some are more equal than others, the modern growing successful church has concluded that to be competitive they must have at least one Super Christian. Although knowledge of the bible is not a requirement and in most cases is discouraged, being able to recognize a Super Christian is a key to success. Continue reading

Joel Osteen

One of the sites I visit daily is Melvin Jones amazing blog Pulpit Pimps. In fact his work inspired me to begin this blog over one year ago. He’s done a series of posts lately on Joel Osteen but one in particular stayed with me…and today I would like to hopefully expand upon Chris Wallace’s interview with Osteen Melvin used as a basis for his post…. Back Online!!!

I haven’t posted in a couple of weeks for various reasons. My computer was on the fritz which only validated my personal belief that computers are spawns of Satan. My work schedule has dramatically increased and I’ve been dealing with a personal matter this past week or two that needed to be addressed. The dreaded “bloggers block” has also played a part in my lack of posting….but here’s what’s been on my mind the last few days….. Continue reading

The Circus is Coming to Town!!

As many of you are aware, I currently reside in Greece. Last week Daystar founder Marcus Lamb announced that Daystar was in negotiations with a group from Athens Greece to bring Christian Television to Greece. A source close to this situation has confirmed to me this is a “done deal”.  Apparently, Lamb feels he is fulfilling the “Great Commission” and uses the Scripture “to the Jews and then to the Greeks” to somehow validate this acquisition.  Continue reading
