Can’t Wait to See How My Critics Twist This!!

Folks, I had the chance of a lifetime and I blew it. Maybe I’m becoming “wishy washy” or maybe I am a “compromiser” or even a “traitor” as two of my critics have recently labeled me to be? Is it possible I’ve grown too soft to “expose the unfruitful works of darkness” when, being offered one of the BIGGEST softballs in my life, I was prevented from “hitting it out of the park”?

You Haven’t Changed a Bit!!!

 

I’m glad that being a Christian hasn’t changed you. You haven’t changed a bit”. These words were a comment to a picture a professing Christian had placed on their MySpace homepage. The person was obviously drunk and was pictured attempting to walk on a ledge with a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. The person in the picture took the comment as a compliment and replied “I’m still the same LOL”! Continue reading

Where do you draw the line?

It seems like nearly every professing Christian has their own eschatological interpretations, many times differing from our own. Should we break fellowship with someone who professes Christ as their Lord and Savior simply because their eschatological interpretation is different from our own or should we examine their essential beliefs prior to dividing?
