Roy Halladay Throws No-Hitter in Game 1

Last night Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay became only the second pitcher in Major League Baseball playoff history to throw a no-hitter in a playoff game. New York Yankee Don Larson threw the first one in 1956.

This is the second no-hitter Halladay has thrown this year. Halladay’s other no-hitter came at the expense of the Florida Marlins back in May.
