  1. Does this take me back. The Tampa Tribune graced my hotel room in Tampa with a big picture announcing their impending divorce about 18 months ago.

I’ve got to say it was Paula White that led me to this site when I did a search. lol

When you get her rounded up, thank her for me.

  2. Who would have ever thought any of y’all would have a reason to “thank Paula”? God sure works in mysterious ways 😀

    • Hi,

      Thanks for the link.

There’s some serious debt issues here yet instead of paying off those loans Randy and Paula were living like Kings and Queens buying property, airplanes and taking in large salaries. Certainly not a good model of Christian stewardship is it? Had the White’s been working in the secular world they would be fired for incompetence. Apparently the Christian world, or the Christian world they live in disagrees….sigh.

Hopefully Randy will get his head out of the clouds and learn from this but based on a whole bunch of info I somehow doubt it. He’ll probably turn this into a “tithing” message of the 100 fold return variety in order to further shear his already heavily shorn sheeple. I guess we’ll know soon enough eh Dorothy?

      • If I could hazard a guess, I would say some money has found its way to Tampa.

I’ve actually been expecting that to happen.

      • Hi Phil:

I honestly feel so sorry for you and all your fellow judges. If I was a lost soul seeking Christ you and them will be the LAST ONES I WILL LISTEN TO or trust ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE TO SAY – You maybe “know” the Bible but so did satan. At least one can hear and see God’s Love in everybody that you and your fellow judges so liberally “break down”. Its unbelieveable the amount of hate that you people are harboring and how judgmental you are – obviously the Bibles you guys are reading have omited ALL VERSES and References to love, forgiveness, tollerance and all those verses and references referring to judging others. As I’ve said you maybe “know” the Bible but DO YOU KNOW CHRIST? DO YOU HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM -(Not from what I can see)and THAT seems to be the question to be answered? The rest is all just your and your fellow judge’s theories. Talk to the people whose lives have been changed through the pastoring and caring of REAL CHRISTIANS – (Who by the way NEVER CLAIM TO BE PERFECT which you guys obviously think you are and therefore have the right to judge) SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU.

        • Helen,

You come here spouting the mantra of the Word of Faith movement-
          Judge not!

Yet you judged! What a hypocrite. See where false teaching
          will lead you?

When I return home tonight, I will post the appropriate verses
for you to review for the work done here. Yes, we are most
certainly to judge with righteous judgment….

  3. Helen,

Here are some things you may want to check out – beyond abandoning the WOF movement that is filled with lies.

John 7:24 Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.”

Rom 16:17-18 Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.

Note: Paul named names of those to avoid – many times.

    We are to:

Identify false teachers – Matt 5:17-21

Judge their fruit – Matt 7

    Use discernemnt – 1Cor 2:15

Shameful not to be wise in judgment – 1Cor 2:15

Judge sin within the Church – 1Cor 5

Turn away from those who are corrupt – 2Tim 3

Last but not least, read the words that Jesus gave to the 7 Churches in Rev 2-3 and see what He praised and what he condemned.

You have fallen for the lies of the WOF movement. The “judge not” is just one example of the many false teachings they spout. Come out from them. They will do you great harm.

  4. Dorthy,
Good use of the word. I completely agree that we are to judge fruits (as you’ll know them by there fruit). Judging not, means not taking God’s place as the determiner of where we will spend eternety. Do not merely listen to the word and so devieve yourself, do what it says. I loved listening to her, and feel so betrayed right now. They said that they were going in different ways… How does one person go in two ways, no “a house divided against itself will not stand.” They took an vow and have broken it, this is not in line with the word of God (which we are to measure every accordingly). We are not perfect, none of us. But the Bible is very clear about the requirement of leadership. It is so sad to see the same spirit of Lucifer and Jezabell at work in so many of our churches. But, I have to say one thing. Be leary of taking part in “foolish disputes.” God needs no defender, we are to only defend the faith. A fool won’t receive intruction (or in some translations, wisdom). Be angry and sin not. Attacking fellow believers is a tacktic of the enemy. For the sake of all parties, go to God in prayer and petition and ask God to restore a right relationship between the Whites and himself, but with us as well. Encourage your fellow believers so that you might not fall into sin.

    • I find it ironic that these preachers can preach restoration and sowing seeds of faith, yet don’t exhibit enough faith in God to heal their marriage.

Unfortunately, today most have a humanistic view of marriage. For them, love is an emotion that can fade away and not a standard by which to live. It takes discipline to stay in a marriage.

I remember the wisdom of one of my high school teachers. He said he loved his wife but there were days he didn’t like her. Being married for a looooong time now, I can relate. lol

As far as foolish disputes – I agree. I always withdraw when I detect arguing for the sake of arguing. It just leads to strife.

Thanks for contributing here. I do pray that Helen is taking some time to reconsider her position.

  5. I have had five pastors. They have all fallen. I am now searching for a home church.

    • Gary

Who in this life hasn’t fallen? If you are looking for anyone who is a perfect person, you will be sorely disappointed. What you need to do is look for some sincere repentance and genuine change. If those fallen pastors blame someone else (even the devil) for their breaches of conduct, are upset that there are negative consequences because of their actions or ask for forgiveness without making any attempt to repair the damage they have caused, then RUN – these are people who cannot acknowledge responsibility for their own choices in life, which is really the original sin of Adam (he, of “Eve made me do it” fame.) If, however, the pastor has made some level of reparation for damages done, restructured his / her ministry so as not to repeat their sins and made sincere and visible changes to their life choices, then a second chance is in order. That is the least that Jesus would offer, and by example, that is the least you are required to do.

  6. In all her “testimony” time Paula forgets to speak about her time in Cleveland, TN. where her and Randy were married to different spouses. They had an affair and divorced their spouses and ran off from the COG movement that was not pleased with their actions. So they become Tampa bound. She never mentions that part of her life. Yet all her “preacher ” friends all know about it. She should go into politics with TD. They have all the necessary tools to do well there also.
