Apparently Blaspheming Benny has decided to speak out against Todd Bentley and the Florida Outpouring labeling it a false revival. Below is his entire message….check it out along with my comments….
I’m only going to say 3 things about this collection of videos and that is;
1). Beware
2). Beware
3). Beware
Let’s keep in mind that Benny Hinn has been accused of the very same things he’s railing against….there are plenty of unanswered questions….plenty of unverified claims of healings and resurections….plenty of false prophecies….plenty of unbiblical teachings…..plenty of him communicating with the dead…..
You get the point…
One other thing; isn’t it amazing how Benny can teach a fairly respectable message when it serves his best interests…. believe me when I say that blasting away at Todd Bentley and his false revival was and is in “Blaspheming Bennies” best interest….make no mistake about this brethren.
Benny claimed that he doesn’t want “garbage” involved in his life and ministry……good for him. Keep watching Bennies show and see if the likes of Oral Roberts or Charles Capps or Kenneth Copeland or any of the other heretics that have graced his life and ministry in the past turn up…then you’ll know if Benny is living for the truth or speaking in his best interests…
OOOPS…that was more then 3 things huh?
Sorry….
Beware…..
Beware…..
Beware…..
Hat tip to Douglas!

Hmmmm I’m sure Lakeland pulled some money out of Hinn’s pockets and with the recent announcements from Lakeland AND the economy, I have no doubt people are questioning where they send their money. Hinn’s just trying to give them “something” or “someone” to blame.
Phil: I agree….and guess who is Hinns special guest this week? None other the Oral Roberts;

I thought I would never be interested in hearing what Bently had to say. I was wrong. Now, I’m very interested to hear what he has to say about Hinn.. WOLF Fight!! LOL.

I can’t believe this!!! Mr. “Adam could fly!” Mr. “Woman was orrriginally crrreated to give birth out of her side!” Mr. “The Trinity is nine!” Telling somebody to watch out for false teachers!! What brass hubris!
Forgive me, Phil. I just had an idea, and I have to post it on my place… I am reminded of Hinn warning other people about calling out HIS blasphemies.

Oral Roberts???? Oh my….Roberts has a ton of experience taking on campaigns for money pits….so I would say Hinn certainly qualifies.
If they have to resort to bringing Roberts out of moth balls…it must be bad.
For those who don’t know who Oral Roberts is: “Give me that prime time religion” – by Jerry Sholes…catchy title and used copies are available for $.01 at Amazon….lol

Thanks so much for posting this! I love Benny Hinn’s ministry and I am so glad as a man of God he is standing up for truth and setting the plumbline. I think in the midst of it though we need to remember grace and love and have a heart to bring correction so there can be repentance and restoration.
Phil: You have the “plumbline” bit but Benny is the plumbline for all the signs and wonders crowd…..they all want to be just like him….rich…famous…untouchable
We must be crusaders of Truth. But it is truth spoken in love and humility. Unfortunately Phil you and many of your subscribers speak alot of things in a negative way that just turns my stomach.
Phil: It’s hard to be “positive” when dealing with negativity Austin….and it was VERY hard not going off on Benny because IMHO he is merely the pot calling the kettle black….and these folks…and folks that defend heretics like Benny turn my stomach
I am praying for you and many others who name the name of Christ that you will be passionate for truth but also walk in the spirit Jesus walked in…humility, love, compassion and the fruit of the Spirit.
I don’t see much fruit in the way people express themselves in much of your postings.
Phil: Really? Care to cite any examples or is that a blanket condemnation Austin?
I wonder what Jesus will have to say about that in the end of the day.
Phil: Well I guess that will be between me and Jesus Austin….what do you think Jesus will say to you for defending a heretic like Benny Hinn?

I was listening Chris Rosebrough on “Fighting for the Faith” radio program on the internet reviewing Benny Hinn. He suggests (at the end) perhaps there is some competition between God TV and TBN (Benny’s base), so either Benny is finally seeing the light ( and going to repent?) or is this a “fight” between networks? Chris is completely astounded by Benny’s remarks, in fact shocked!! http://www.fightingforthefaith.com/2008/12/rosebrough-agrees-with-benny-hinn.html
Phil: You know what’s funny? Benny was on GOD TV recently raising money for them….and then he blasts them….and I think Chris makes a good point….
Nice to see you Teddy!

Please define the following:

2. False teacher
3. False healer

Hi Phil…
Having been in both Hinn’s and Bentley’s meetings, I can say there is really little difference between the two. When all is said and done, it’s the all the same distortion of the truth, same manipulation and fleecing of the people.

“and guess who is Hinns special guest this week? None other the Oral Roberts”
BTW, in August 2006, Oral Roberts released details of his own visitation with the Lord that summer. It seems that God was sharing info with regards to end-times and America. Those of us who wanted to be “in the know” were strongly encouraged thru both Hinn’s and Kenneth Copeland’s TV programs to receive this all important revelation from God by ordering our CD off the website for about $10.

Benny Hinn is so wrong. LOL He is being a hypocrit at best. I feel however that he just dosen’t like anyone a little different. Could be jelous too.. Florida Outpouring must have got his viewers…

This is the first time I’ve visited this site and the last.I find the tone very unfruitful; mocking, judgmental, unloving of people who you should be praying for with love and compassion if you really think these preachers are doomed. I don’t see Jesus love on this site. We are all entitled to opinions but I am very uncomfortable with the tone. There are more loving ways. to express opinions and no one has the monopoly on the truth.
I sincerely apologise if I’ve got the tone wrong but only the ones who have made the comments really know what was in their hearts when they passed the comments. All I can say is they are coming across in a very un Christ like manner.
Phil: Wow Jenny! If you think the comments and the opening post was mocking and unfruitful then its best you ski-daddle because this posting compared to the other 170 or so was very mild. Also, how do you know we don’t pray for Benny Hinn?
March 27, 2009 at 11:47 pm
If I were Benny I would not regard your prayers to be worth much, he’s been around a while now, Oral a great deal longer. I would wager [were I a person to wager] that if you ever won souls for the Lord, it is a long while since.
When mammon fails-and it is about to-then all the money given to the gospel will seem little indeed.
